Fish oil: High dose fish oil has some initial good success. Also bipolor seems to respond well to adequate sleep. Sleep in a very dark environment for 8 hours seems to have a quite positive effect.

Fish oil: Omega 3 fatty acids have been shown to have some mood stabilizing properties. Fish, flax and others contain this. Two to four grams per day is the suggested dose, which is about 3000 mgs per day. With food is best. Check with your dr.
