No: There are no herbs or supplements that have been shown to help in the treatment of bipolar disorder, and there are even some that may be harmful, like st. John's wort or other treatments used to help depression. However, there are some studies that show that omega 3 fatty acids (i.e. Fish oil) in some forms can help if used with appropriate medications.
