Touching!: A full knee exam c/o inspection for alignment, swelling. Also evaluating rom, palpation for pain and instability. Usual also standing x-rays & sometimes mri. A mcmurray test may indicate a torn meniscus. Lots of info obtained with a good hands on examination.
