Wrong exercise: Then you're doing the wrong exercises. Sciatica can result from arthritic spurs or herniated disc. The two require a slightly different approach from a pt standpoint. Try referencing robin mckenzie "treat your own back" ($8.32 online). Seek a certified mckenzie pt if in doubt.

Spine Specialist: Given that your pain is not improved with conservative care, I would suggest seeing a pain/spine specialist to evaluate you further to evaluate what level the problem is at and what can be done to treat you. There are interventional treatments besides medications and surgeries that might reduce or eliminate the pain altogether.
