Not sure: What you mean? Concordinance is what you want between the radiologist's impression and the pathologist's report. If you are worried get a second opinion.

Concordance: Concordance means that what the radiologist sees by imaging (solid mass, cystic mass, etc) matches in consistency with the diagnosis pathologist makes under the microscope. If those findings don't seem to fit with what you or your doctor expected before the biopsy, a second opinion (review) of the pathology, as both doctors alluded to, may be very helpful for you.
