When they biopsy terminal illeum in regards to a crohn's diagnosis. what are pathologisy looking for to confirm diagnosis? and i'd you can't get diagnosed from pathology.. what else could it be?

If there was no biopsy done can a doctor still positively diagnose you with crohns?
Doctor said I don't have crohn's. he said no evidence in pathology for that or UC, and other blood tests for crohn's/UC were normal despite him finding ulcers in terminal illeum and ascending colon(2 in total) whole colon active colitis. 2nd opinion?
Colitis on ct, dr suspects crohns. Colonoscopy showed no infl, biopsy neg for infl, but dr. Says can't rule out crohns. What can I do to get answers?
Biopsy confirmed inflammation on cecum and ileum but Prometheus panel neg for crohns and UC. Stool neg for infec. Only take synthroid (thyroxine). Cause?
