Maybe: None are approved but some have a good track record in pregnancy. You need to discuss this with your OB doctor.

Risk: All ssri are category c which mean there were adverse reaction in animal studies. There is a possible risk to having mal formation to your baby if you take ssri. Talk to your OB or your psychiatrist to get futher recommendation.

Maybe: Everything is risk vs benefit. The depression and/or anxiety itself can cause problems for the mother and therefore the baby. These kinds of decisions have to be made with your your doctor.

SSRI in Pregnancy: Most are Category C pregnancy medications, and their use is judged by benefits versus risks of being on them while pregnant, a decision to be made by joint approach from both your Psychiatrist & your Ob/Gyn. who will continue to regularly monitor your progress until labor.
