Anxiety meds: There is no one best or safest anxiety med. If planning pregnancy, it's best not to take pharmaceuticals at all. If your primary care physician has been prescribing so far, it's time to see a psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment plan. Psychotherapy may help you a lot too, without fetal risk. Classical homeopathy with an experienced homeopath is another safe, effective option. Good luck!
