Widow maker: Dont know. Info not enuf but needs get his butt to dr. What's family history regarding heart disease- early heart attacks etc. Doc will check cholesterol which can be good predictor heart disease, other tests. He is not too young have coronary if has risk factors. Sure could be acid reflux, or other condition. Only a check up can tell? Men don't like check ups so list all symptoms /family history.
