Tylenol (acetaminophen) OK.: I am sorry for your loss. Tylenol (acetaminophen) 500 mg every 6 hours as needed for cramping is ok during pregnancy. You are at risk for preterm labor, so please consult with a maternal-fetal medicine asap and best of luck!
