Can tamoxifen cause polyps and fibroids?

Hyperplasia: Tamoxifen may stimulate the endometrium to the point of inducing an overgrowth of the lining called hyperplasia. Hyperplasia may lead to endometrial cancer. Tamoxifen is not responsible or cause fibroids or polyps.
