Need more info: These are very general symptoms but i would first try taking some aleve, (naproxen) stretching, and lots of water. Avoid doing anything that aggravates your stiffness. Have you been doing hard manual labor or exercising a lot? If your urine is dark or brown, go to the er immediately.

Stiffness: Is the stiffness in the muscles, the joints, or both? Is it constant or intermittent? What makes it worse? What makes it better? How long has it been present? An NSAID (advil/ motrin/aleve/etc) may help reduce pain & inflammation as may moist heat & gentle exercise, but see doc to find out cause in a 26 y/o (unless it's from overexertion in work/sports/bodybuilding/etc) any hx tick bite?
