Consider these: Taking a b-complex vitamin, if exercising, stretch before doing so and don't let yourself get dehydrated & don't just drink water if sweating alot because you have to replace more of then just water, have to take in electrolytes, get you blood tested for chemistry to make sure your electrolytes are balanced, don't sleep with a pillow under your knees or legs higher than your heart.
