See long answer: An abdominal aortic aneurysm is a very uncommon occurrence in a 19yr. Old. Blood tests, a chest xray, and an ECG are not the examinations to detect it. If your dr. Is truly concerned, an ultrasound of the abdomen/aorta may be indicated in the correct clinical situation.
