See an OB/GYN: You have several factors which may interfere with your capacity to bear a child, including the fact that if you had an std at age 15 you may also have had other pelvic inflammation leading to obstruction of the fallopian tubes. You should definitely see an infertility expert and be fully evaluated.

Difficult: There are tests that can be done to explain why someone does not conceive - but there are no tests that will tell if someone will be infertile. Pcos does impair fertility but that is treatable and the majority of women with pcos do in fact conceive. A leep procedure will not affect your fertility.
