Probably withdrawal: Congratulations on stopping! your symptoms today are not exactly "normal" but it is almost certain that they are withdrawal symptoms secondary to stopping. These symptoms could be related to low magnesium so i advise taking magnesium glycinate, taurate or citrate &/or soak in a bath with epsom salts. Vitamin c, b complex & the homeopathic remedy nux vomica may help as well. This should pass soon!

To be expected: Your body became accustomed to the nicotine rush. It will take a little time for it to settle down. Be patient, don't focus on those moments of discomfort, feel proud that you were able to overcome mr. Cigarette, who can be an evil taskmaster. He is trying to pull you back. Do not let him win! when you feel those tingles, do something physically active. It will help the body recondition itself.
