Reflux : Sounds like reflux that must be pretty bad if causing you to have problems swallowing. You need to be seen by your doctor for this.

Need to be examined: There is absolutely no way of knowing what could be wrong without an examination by a health care provider. I would strongly recommend you get examined by a physician or dentist to determine what the cause is and how to treat it.
