Unclear: An osteochondroma is a benign cartilage capped growth that should not grow after removal. If it continues to grow or is causing new calcifications that is very concerning that this is not osteochondroma and may be something more concerning. You should certainly talk to your surgeon or consider an opinion from a musculoskeletal tumor surgeon.

Growth: A lot depends on how calcification were identified. If they were seen on plain xray than an MRI would be helpful. If they were seen on.Mri without any other findings ie edema ..Than observation and recheck at 3, mth is reasonable.
