A member asked:

Does taking birth control for many years lower you chance of getting pregnant when you're ready to get off the pill and start trying?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Little bit : Oral contraceptive is correlated with difficulty in conceiving, but never permanent infertility. You are 23y old so you should be fine because the effect on conceiving is most in women above 30yr who never had a child.
