It sometimes happens: Being 1 day out from laparoscopy, the wounds may have some seepage. However, if the bleeding and drainage is excessive (soaking several bandages), you should probably see you doctor. If you hold pressure on it, it may stop bleeding. If you see any redness or feel anything bulging at the sight, you should probably see your doctor sooner than later.
