Get it checked out: There are many other causes of joint pain besides rheumatoid arthritis. And not everyone with RA has a positive test. If this pain is persisting you need further evaluation. You may need to see a rheumatologis to find out what is causing your pain. Diagnosis of some types of arthritis takes time and repeated lab tests.
