Endocrinologist: Facial pain is not 'normal.' see your endocrinologist; if you don't have one (for hyperthyroid) you need to get one.

Headache: Anything is possible but I do not like the sound of this. Why isn't it on both sides if it were simply the thyroid. Be safe and call your doctor (or better yet, go in to see them) since neck pain and one-sided headache is a bit more worrisome. Stress, tension headaches can cause one-sided headaches but best to see your doctor.

See your doctor.: This pain may be unrelated or it can be a result of your hyperthyroidism. It might be due to higher blood pressure and/or heart rate due to your high thyroid. But you won't know unless you see your doctor for an urgent check-up. So go see your doctor soon to rule out something serious.
