Muscle spasm: Sounds like muscle spasm, perhaps from using your back in way that was in excess of your normal use. Stop lifting and repetative bending. Use a heating pad on the muscles of the back. Try a massage. If pain becomes chronic (more than 2-3 months) see an osteopath. If you have had several children the pain generator might be a dysfunctional sacroiliac joint.

Need an exam: I'm not exactly sure what you mean by you "bow movement" are normal, but in general back pain and radiating numbness are symptoms that should be evaluated by your doctor. Hope you feel better soon.
