Its almost 1 month since i started to have a watery stool accompanied by experiencing borborygmi, what possible infection/disease i have?

Diarrhea: Many possible causes. See a GI doctor and have the stool and yourself seen and examined. This may be giardia, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel disease, or one of a dozen or so different possibilities. Hope you are better soon.
