How do you know if you have a blood clog in your leg?

Clot: You can only know for sure by seeing your doctor and having tests. Symptoms suggestive of a blood clot are swelling and pain in one leg only, especially in the calf.

See below: Agree with Dr. D. However clots in blood vessels of the leg can be asymptomatic. If you are walking around and doing your usual activities you are unlikely to have a blood clot in the leg veins. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
