See a doctor: An infection in the eye is a serious thing; eyes are critical organs, so you don't want to just "wait and see". See a doctor to properly diagnose the infection and, if needed, take/administer antibiotics.

Depends: Depends on the organism causing the infection. You may need anti-viral if herpetic, mild steroid if viral, antibiotic (plus or minus steroid) if bacterial, anti-fungal if fungus. You need an exam to determine.
