Wait it out: Most conjuctivitus will run there coarse without treatment. If it persists more than a week i would see an ophthalmologist.

Eye infection: Eye infections are often bacterial in origin and are treated with topical antibiotic drops. Some are viral and are treated with frequent artificial tears, cool compresses, and sometimes topical steroids.
