No: Just the opposite. Any antibiotic changes flora and is a set up for a yeast infection. Need vaginal topical treatment and/or fluconazole.

No: Doxycycline is an antibiotic - it kills bacteria. Yeast are not affected by this at all, so if you have a yeast infection, you will need an antifungal, either topical or systemic.
