Until you treat it: A yeast infection is not likely to go away on its own. It will likely only get worse until you see your doc and get it treated. Go see your doc right away before this gets worse.

Depends: It depends where is the yeast , yeast in blood is serious. Yeast in urine is not significant in most circumstances . Yeast in vagina without treatment may takes time to go if not treated or predisposed condition not removed.
