Quit smoking: By far, the most important thing you can do to stay healthy is to stop smoking. If you think about it, there is no organ system that is not affected by smoking. Visit your doc. He can offer you several options to help you quit. It is extremely important, however, that you really want to quit.

Stop smoking,exercis: To keep yourself healthy do the following 1 stop smoking 2 exercise regularly 3 eat a balanced and proper meals, 4 if you drink alcohol do it in moderation 5 get regular check ups and follow ups if advised to make sure your bp, cholesterol etc are under cintrol 6 have a good night sleep 7 avoid stress 8 laugh more and try to have fun with family and friends but for starter stop smoking, get help.
