Anxiety is OK: Deal with the issue, if it is within your control; let it go if it is not. Learn and practice the "relaxation response" or another meditation technique. Get plenty of aerobic exercise. Stop using hyperbole or catastophizing as you think about what it going on. The facts are friendly; our interpretations of them are what generally cause problematic anxiety. Remember that some anxiety is ok.
