Upper arm pain: is generally not a symptom of carpal tunnel . Carpal tunnel can have wrist pain and pain that radiates to but not past the elbow, numbness ot tingling in thumb index middle and half of ring. While there are patient who have radiating pain to the upper arm it is very uncommon. There is alsways a chance that there may be more than one thing going on or that the neck is source, see your doctor
