Not necessary: The right level of exercise can decrease appetitie, reduce stress and eliminate food cravings. If you're hungry after working out, consider drinking more water first, timing your routine so that it's early in the day (preferable before breakfast) so any calories can be burned up over the course of the day. People often misinterpret hungry for thirst. Water water water :).

Absolutely: Each lung weighs several pounds. When you lose one to cancer, you lose weight. Seriously though, despite what the cigarette ads of days gone by would have you believe, there are absolutely no health benefits to smoking. Keep your lungs pink and healthy and they will allow you to reach your weight and health goals for decades to come.
