Get checked: She needs to get checked to see if this is a heart problem or esophagitis. If the neck pain is in front, it's likely part of the same problem as the chest pain. If neck pain is in the back, it may be an unrelated problem. If the pain is just on one side or the other, it could be she is developing shingles.
