i have a problem with my chest. i'm starting to get a burning feeling in my nose and my throat is tight. my chest feels like it's caving in.

Emergency: Even though you're young, your symptoms can be suggestive of anything from an allergic reaction that could be life-threatening to a panic attack which can feel life-threatening. My suggestion is if your symptoms have not resolved or worsened by the time you read this that you go to the emergency room immediately.
