More or less: I push for 2.5-3 hours during the day and 4-5 hr at night. If you make a gradual change this can happen and you will both do well.After the kid reaches 10 lb, she may sleep 5-7 hrs.This is often aided if she is fed as she wakens rather than as she tires and is ready for sleep. Removing feeds from the sleep ritual alows them to learn to self settle.
