Maybe: Non-calcified lung nodules can be cancer. You need to have follow up ct scans to assure that they are not growing. The vast majority of lung nodules are non-cancerous.

Could be: A lung nodule may be primary or metastatic lung cancer. A calcified nodule is more likely to be old granuloma.
