ER Visit: Although you are very young for a heart attack, any persistent chest pain must be taken seriously and heart attack must be ruled out. Er visit appropriate. Could be thoracic disc disease with concomitant ulnar nerve entrapment. Costochondtitis or rib- sternal inflammation is another possibility.
