See your doctor ASAP: Tingling in the shoulder, arm, jaw, neck, or hands may be associated with chest pain due to cardiac causes such as angina or heart attack (poor blood supply to the heart muscles) among other conditions that affect the heart or the major vessels. I do not think your symptoms are neurologic in origin. I am more concerned about your chest pain. Please see your doctor as soon as possible!
