OTC?: Migraines are common. Lupus cerebritis is rare. Your migraines may have nothing to do with your sle! the fact that otc meds help you is good.

Inflammation: Lupus cerebritis likely cause ha due to meningeal irrtitation and otc meds may help with the pain of inflammation.
