Probably surgery: You have gallstones, which can cause acute infection. If you are having pain whenever you eat, it is time to have surgical removal of your gallbladder, a cholecystectomy. These days, it is usually a laparoscopic procedure, depending on severity of local findins at time of surgery. So it is better to have it done laparoscopically before infection makes open operation necessary.
