Go back to doctor: Quickly. First, bronchitis, if this the correct diagnosis, seldom needs treatment with antibiotics because is 95%+ viral. Facial swelling suggests either an allergic reaction to one of the meds or sinus infection. Dizziness and chest pain deserve immediate medical attention. If needed, go to an er, but go now.
