I had bronchitis, a rash, then a stomach virus, and now another rash only on my chest neck and face. is this a post viral rash or something new?

Rash: Did you take any antibiotics or any other medications for the bronchitis? If so, an allergic reaction may be the cause of the rash. If not, it would be unusual for a viral eruption to recur after it cleared once. If the rash persists see a dermatologist for evaluation.
