May be mix of pbs: Congestion, pressure, cough and runny node can be a simple cold but should run its cource in 10-14 days. Persistant symptoms may meen an aggrivating issue like seasonal allergies, reaction to smoke, fregrence, or a secondary infection like rhinosinusitis. If the pattern happends every year at the same time its likely seasonal exposures. Focal pressure spots over the brow or cheek suggest sinusitis.

Most likely allergy: Try an antihistamine but you may have to experiment with several. If you aren't getting relief, you need to see a healthcare provider and probably an allergist.
