Depends: First what is the cause of the droop? If it is due to primary dysfunction of the muscle that elevates the eyelid then surgery is the most likely option. If it is associated with other conditions like horner's syndrome, muscular disease, myaesthenia, ms, etc. Then other options might be better. Discuss this with your ophthalmologist for the best pathway.
