Don't give up: First, this is a marathon, not a sprint. Changes will come with time. Keep exercising at least 30 minutes per day to the point it is difficult to sing. Eat mostly a plant based diet, such as fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, and whole grains and wild fish like salmon. Avoid processed foods like bread, pasta, cheeses, ice cream fried foods and good things will happen. Be patient but persistent.
