how can americans become less obese with small, everyday changes?

1 doctor answer
Dr. W. james Chon
25 years experience Nephrology and Dialysis
Lifestyle changes: We as a country do not have a concept of portion control. Being mindful of how many calories one takes in daily and doing a daily cardiovascular exercise regimen will likely help us deal with obesity.
