Passing gas: Gas in the bowels is a normal phenomenon. It is a physiological process to pass the gas as it builds up. Too frequent gas passing may have something to do with your diet. You may need to avoid "gassy" food like cauliflower, cabbage, sometimes bread, sometimes milk products, beans, lentils, and pop. Never be afraid of passing gas - it may not appear as a social norm - but who cares its a norm.
