Yes : Babies pass gas from both ends frequently and it is usually no cause for alarm. If they are air gulping while feeding this will increase gas and if you are bottle feeding you may need to adjust the type of nipple to decrease air. Sometimes the formula needs to be changed. A small amount of spit up is normal to dribble out but if there is any projectile vomiting they need to be seen soon.
