Probably safe: Though safe, it is wise to find and correct the cause of non-alcoholic fatty live disease. Avoid all processed foods, alcohol, and tobacco products, eat lots of fresh vegetables, especially beets, carrots, squash, pumpkin (colors have anti-oxidants) and colorful non sugary fruits. Eat 6 small equal meals, get a good night sleep, move through the day and destress. Avoid medications if you can.
